From alarm to anchor.

Our operations centre tracks every route 24 hours a day. When a fault is confirmed, the nearest vessel is rerouted and a repair window is negotiated with the cable owner.

Alarm raised

OTDR and power monitoring pinpoint the fault location. The cable owner is notified within minutes.

Vessel assigned

The nearest available vessel is redirected. Crew, spares, and ROVs are confirmed while the ship gets underway.

On-scene survey

ROV inspects the seabed, confirms the cable position, and identifies the cause — anchor drag, fishing gear, or geological event.

Recovery and splice

Cable is grappled and brought aboard. A replacement section is spliced, tested, and returned to the seabed for burial.

Handback

Transmission tests pass, as-built documentation is delivered, and the route is returned to operations.
